This package provides you a fast and cost-effective way to start your business in Switzerland.
With a relatively low share capital of just CHF20'000 and only one founding member required, you can get your own limited company with a name of your choice, start trading and win the trust of your Swiss customers.
With no complicated paperwork and as little as 5 minutes, you can order the Basic Package online an start incorporation immediately.

Company name search
We will check that the company name is available before preparing the documents. In Switzerland, it is not possible to reserve a company name, so we will do our best to keep the incorporation time window from our side to a minimum.
Company purpose formulation
Every company needs to define its core activities before submitting the papers for incorporation. We will work with you to prepare suitable wording that is likely to be accepted by the registry.
We will prepare the documents that need to be signed and then submitted to the authorities for your company incorporation. This will minimise the effort required from your side.
Management of entire process
We are there to help you before, during and until the end of the process. This will ensure that the process will run seamlessly from you placing the order to completing the company incorporation.
Capital deposit account
We are able to assist you with opening a bank account in order to deposit and temporarily block the capital for the company incorporation. The certificate provided by the bank after this is done will be required as proof that needs to be shown to the notary when signing the documents. Note that the bank may levy a one time fee for this account setup (typically around CHF 250).

Is it possible to reserve a company name in Switzerland?
It is not possible to reserve a company name without incorporating a company.
Can I use my residential address as the Company address?
Technically, this is possible, however there are some things to be aware of. Your residential address will be visible in the public domain and for most, this is not desirable. In addition, if you rent your home, you will have to change the company address if you move. Furthermore, unless you are living in a tax-friendly Canton, you will probably be paying more tax then you need to.
What are the options if I do not wish to use my residential address?
Simply put, you have three main options: You can either obtain a registered ('domicile') address, which is very cheap, but will have a c/o address line in it. You can take advantage of our special package pricing and incorporate your company with a registered address using our Startup Incorporation Package.
Option two is to rent space in a shared office - this is cheaper than renting dedicated office space, but you will of course not have the privacy. A shared office is included in our Ultimate Incorporation Package.
Option three is to rent an office with a lease agreement - the most expensive option. We can help you with all three options with very attractive pricing.
I'd like to start with the BASIC package. Can I upgrade later?
Sure, you can upgrade at any time. However, be aware this will be at the normal price and not at the special pricing. If you are unsure of the best option for you, please contact us and we would be happy to help.
What is the fastest way for me to start trading?
Our Basic Package LLP (GmbH) is the fastest and the most cost effective way to start trading as a business entity. Minimum time investment, minimum paperwork, full support. If you need a company but are not sure what else your business will require - start with the Basic package, you cannot go to far wrong. The share capital requirement for an LLP is also only CHF20'000 (compared to CHF100'000 for an LTD (AG)).
Can you help to choose my company name?
Yes we can. We can guide you towards the suitable name for your industry, we will check the availability of your preferred company name(s) before we start the process. Your company name will look like this "Desired Name + GmbH". Note, you can order a package and then decide on the name afterwards.
Who books an appointment for opening a capital deposit account with the bank?
We can arrange an appointment for you with one of our partner banks as soon as we receive your order.
