Telephone Secretary and a Modern Infrastructure
This service allows your company to be always available for your customers and receive new orders. We will answer the incoming calls during working hours (Mo - Fr., 09.00 am - 05.00 pm.) and greet customers on behalf of your company. You will immediately be sent a notification about the call and it's content via email.
Secretary language: German or/and English
If you reach the limit of your selected package, you can always top it up and make an upgrade. The service will not be conducted outside working hours, on national and cantonal holidays.

I have not reached the limit of the calls, do I get money back?
No. If you choose the package and do not use the limit, you do not get refund.
What if I receive more calls then in my package?
You will be automatically upgraded to the next package with a larger limit.
