What is a c/o address?
The abbreviation "c/o" (Care of) suggests there is an intermediary before the final addressee receives their correspondence. It also suggests the legal entity does not conduct most of its administrative business by this address.
It is allowed to have a registered c/o address in Switzerland, whereas a PO box is not.

A proper business has its registered office?
Every business must report an address to the Registered Office, at which the registered offices of the company can be contacted.
An own registered office is a location which a legal entity owns or leases and where it conducts most of its administrative business where the receipt of any kind of correspondence is possible.
Both natural and legal persons can hold a registered address.
